Our meat comes from animals that are grown, fed, and handled according to strict animal welfare practices and processed in a stress-free environment.
APME is proud to offer Halal-certified products, produced in accordance with strict Islamic law under the Australian Government Supervised Halal program. We work closely with government-approved Islamic organisations to ensure that our Halal products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
We take cold chain management seriously and work closely with key operators along the supply chain to maintain optimal product temperature conditions throughout the journey. Our meat products are graded under AUS-MEAT language specifications, the common language in Australia that describes meat products and ensures customers receive products according to expectations.
Our beef, lamb, and goat products come in a range of cuts and are carefully selected, prepared, and vacuum-sealed to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. With proper storage and handling, our beef and lamb can safely achieve up to 12 weeks of shelf life when chilled and up to 24 months when frozen, while our goat meat can achieve up to 10 weeks when chilled and up to 24 months when frozen.
